Q. Where is Library North or South?

I have a location code that says "library north." What does that mean?

There is only a single library building on the CSUDH campus, located roughly in the center of the campus, between Lacorte Hall, the gymnasium, the student union, and the Natural Science and Mathematics building.  It is divided into two parts, North and South, which are connected by a bridge.

You can see our location on the following map:

The SOUTH side of the library is the newest part, and is easily recognized by its glass windows.  The NORTH side of the library is the original building, and is the side of the library through which you enter and exit.

There is only a single entrance into the library, located in Library North, so you don't need to worry about being in the wrong building.

For maps of each floor of the library, including call numbers for books please see: http://www4.csudh.edu/library/info/shelvinglocations/index
