Q. How do I close the chat window?


If you are using an older version of Safari or Internet Explorer as your internet browser you may encounter our research help chat box will not minimize. This often happens in EBSCO databases.

Unfortunately, this is an error with the outdated internet browser. To close the window we recommend updating your internet browser or using a different one (such as Firefox or Google Chrome). If you are not sure if you have an up-to-date browser, check here.
