Q. What is CSU+? How do I request a book through CSU+?

Answer

CSU+ is a consortium program between all 23 CSU libraries which allows you to borrow materials that are not immediately available at CSUDH Library. You'll find items from other CSUs when using the "Everything" or "Books & Media (CSU)" dropdown menus. When you find an item in OneSearch that CSUDH does not own, click the "Show Libraries" to see if the item is available at another CSU library.

To request the item you must be logged in using your CSUDH username and password. Then you'll see a link for CSU+ and a short form in case the item has multiple volumes.

After you click "Request" you'll be able to see your active requests under the "Requests" tab in the My Library Account main screen. You will also receive an e-mail notice when your item is available for pickup.
