What can I expect during a library chat?

Have you chatted with someone through a library database or the library's website? We’re not a robot! CSUDH librarians and student assistants can answer questions and help you find the information or resources you need.
During your chat, you may need to right click and open recommended links in a new tab so you can keep chatting with us from where you first started the chat. You can also send a transcript of the chat to an email address so you can save resources and tips for later.
If your question wasn't fully answered in the moment, you'll receive a follow up email from ask@libanswers.csudh.edu to the email you provided.
You can chat with us:
- Monday - Thursday: 8am - 9pm
- Friday: 11am - 4pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 1pm - 5pm
