I printed something but my name isn't showing up on the print release workstation

If you've printed something from a library computer and then you go to the GoPrint print release workstation and aren't seeing your name to select your document and print there are usually two possible reasons why that might be:
- First, double check that you are logged into the computer under your username. You may have sat down at a computer that is already logged on and the other person's username is what is appearing on the GoPrint Station. Click the Windows button in the bottom left corner to see the account yo
u are logged in as. - Double check that you are printing to a GoPrint library printer and not OneNote or PDF.
