How to Convert PDF into text (.txt) file using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro?

Step 1: Open the document in PDF Adobe Acrobat XI Pro
Step 2: follow the diagrams below: Click on File on the upper left corner. Choose Save as on the dropped down list.
From the next pop-up screen, follow Step 3: From the Save As screen, click on the "Save as type: at the bottom of the screen", and choose .txt extension.
