Can I get a transcript of my chat with a librarian?

You can view or email a transcript of your conversation with a librarian at any time using the View/Email Transcript button at the top of the chat window. After you or the librarian ends the chat, you can also check the box, "Email yourself a transcript of this chat" to send a copy to the email address you entered when you started the chat.
At the end of a chat, you can also leave us a rating, comment, or check "Contact me for follow-up" if your question was not resolved.
