How do I know when an item is ready for me to pick up from the 24/7 CSUDH Library Lockers?
Answer
First, you will receive a Loan Receipt notice with the list of items checked out to you that will be placed in a locker for your pickup. Take note of the due dates of the items; they may be due on different dates from one another, depending on what kind of item they are.
Next, you will receive an email from Luxer One approximately five minutes after the item(s) are placed in the 24/7 CSUDH Library Lockers letting you know your item(s) are ready to be picked up. If you have signed into your Luxer One account and entered a cell phone number, you will also receive a text message alert. If you have downloaded the Luxer One app, you may also receive an alert through that program.
You will receive two more notices from Luxer One as reminders prior to the expiration of your items in the locker reservation.
Please note that items are checked out to you before they are placed in the locker. This means that if you check out a course reserve item, the clock is ticking on your loan! Make arrangements to pick up your time-sensitive items as quickly as possible to maximize your time with them.
