How to Convert Digital Files to MP3 Using Kurzweil3000:

• This process requires an active account from CSUDH SdRC.  Please contact the SdRC to get an account. If you need an urget use, you may use this one temporarily:

Step 1: Click open Kurzweil3000 (from your desktop); Enter UN & PW.

Step 2: Follow the indicators to open your digital file or print file below:

Step 3:  Choose the page range to convert:

Step 4: You can start listening after the converting process is done:

Step 5: To down load the MP3 audio file, click on 1. File - 2. Audio files - 3. Create audio file as indicated below:

Step 6: Follow the image below to make the output selection:

Step 7: You have to wait for about one to two minutes, allowing the converting process to be done. 

Then, find the Kurzweil3000 Output Audio folder from your Desktop.  The image below shows how to find the Kurzweil3000 Output Audio folder. 

• If you cannot find the Output Audio folder on your Desktop, please go to this folder:  c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\KESI\Output Audio\
• Click on the file name to save it, or email the MP3 file to yourself, you can listen to the MP3 on your smart phone.
